01. Who this agreement is between

This agreement is between **Scuff** (the platform) and **You** (the Venue Owner or authorized representative). By listing your space on Scuff as a founding partner, you agree to these terms.

02. Permanent benefits

2.1 Zero fees forever

Founding venues are permanently exempt from Scuff's platform booking fees. When we launch paid bookings at a 5% platform fee, your rate will remain at 0%. This exemption is tied to the venue profile and is non-transferable.

2.2 Verified badge

Your venue will receive a permanent "Founding Venue" badge. This badge is only available to the first 50 venues in Delhi NCR and will never be re-issued.

03. What we ask from you

We don't ask for exclusivity. You can list your space anywhere else. We only ask that for your first 3 bookings after joining, you use Scuff as your primary listing channel.

04. Cancellations & Conduct

Neighbourhood trust is everything. If you cancel a confirmed booking with less than 48 hours' notice more than twice, we reserve the right to suspend your founding status.
